Man uses Facebook to lure underage victims | Crime

EL RENO, Okla. - A Woodward man is facing charges of lewd acts and child porn.

Authorities caught up to their suspect after getting a look at his Facebook activity.

Although 22-year-old Ian Culp lives in Woodward, investigators said his young victims could span clear across the state.

They were tipped off to this man after a 13-year-old girl’s parents checked her Facebook account.

They contacted police and Culp was arrested.

Police said they found 15,000 sexually explicit text messages and nude photos that Culp had sent to underage girls he befriended on Facebook.
